What We're Looking For We're seeking someone trained as a nursing assistant or sterilization technician with basic computer skills and strong Swedish language abilities. We consider it a merit if you have previous experience working in sterilization or operating room healthcare. We place great emphasis on your personal competencies. Your Day-to-Day Work As a sterilization technician/nursing assistant, your work involves handling instruments and equipment throughout the entire process leading to a sterile product. This includes cleaning, inspecting, checking, and function-testing instruments before they are packaged and sterilized for use in procedures. It's technical work where you'll handle various equipment daily and work with the IT system T-doc. The work is physically demanding, involving heavy lifting, which requires good physical fitness. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Start date by agreement.
