The facilities management unit is part of the Community Development sector, alongside the planning & building unit, meals unit, and technical unit. The facilities management unit is an important part of property maintenance and is responsible for daily cleaning in the municipality's own facilities such as schools, preschools, elderly care homes, offices, and staff areas. The unit also handles periodic services such as floor care. The unit currently has thirteen permanent facilities cleaners and temporary staff who work as needed during summer and in case of absence. Your Role In your role as a temporary cleaner, you will be an important part of how the unit delivers good quality and service within our assignments. You will support the operation as needed – for example during sick leave or vacation. The primary need is in daily cleaning, but also when it's time to carry out periodic services such as floor care. Working hours are scheduled during daytime on weekdays. Your Profile For this position, you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, to maintain good communication with colleagues and customers. It is desirable to hold a Class B driver's license, as many of the facilities are spread throughout the municipality.
