Junior Support Technician at Daladatorer in Mora

Do you want to work with IT while helping people in their daily lives? We are now seeking a junior support technician who wants to develop within IT and work close to our customers. About the Role As a support technician with us, you will help private individuals and companies with their IT needs. You will be an important part of creating a smooth and positive customer experience – whether it concerns connectivity, email, or simpler technical issues. You will also collaborate with colleagues and, when needed, support other parts of the business with support related to our corporate customers, which gives you broad insight into different types of IT environments. The role is perfect for you if you are at the beginning of your IT career and want to develop both your technical skills and your service abilities. Your Tasks • Receive and handle support cases via phone, email, and ticketing systems • Help customers with broadband issues and connectivity • Provide user support in areas such as WiFi, routers, email, and simpler IT services • Troubleshoot and guide customers step by step • When needed, support colleagues with support cases related to corporate customers • Document cases and solutions • Contribute to a high level of service and customer satisfaction Your Profile We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, pedagogical, and has a genuine interest in technology.
