We are now seeking a Career Guidance Counselor to support us in delivering the "Career Guidance" service on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). Are you a dedicated Career Guidance Counselor? Ability is ready to collaborate with you to create a better world! The Career Guidance Counselor will be responsible for the cohesive guidance process for individuals and will conduct assessment interviews and individual guidance sessions. The goal is to create a well-developed career plan for each unique program participant. Personal Qualities Goal-oriented Structured Communicative Driven Background You have a Career Guidance Counselor degree. If you have experience in career guidance, coaching/mentoring, career transition work, or similar, that is a plus but not a requirement.
