That you receive the knowledge and experience you need to gradually grow and become more independent in your new role. Therefore, all new employees receive frequent follow-ups at intervals of 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months, as well as when needed. The assistant ward managers have an operational role at the ward and check in with you during regular working days, both during day shifts and before evening shifts.
