Nurse for Idea-Based Elderly Care

Stiftelsen Andreas is seeking a nurse for a trial period/permanent position. The operation is centrally located in Luthagen and has provided elderly care in an idea-based form for 100 years. The elderly home has 29 care places. We have a lovely established garden and the home has a family atmosphere. Our core values are small-scale operations, quality, and care. As a nurse, you are responsible for leading and coordinating medical care and nursing. You provide assessments and guidance to care staff. You are a good team player, as we highly value teamwork between care/kitchen staff, nurses, and rehabilitation. Experience in palliative care or geriatrics is a merit. The operation has a regular nurse on site during daytime Monday - Sunday. On weekdays, you work together with a nurse colleague. Some weekend daytime shifts are included. Position: Part-time 85%. The care staff have delegation for medication distribution. The operation employs a coordinator (nursing care coordinator), personnel manager, and IT/maintenance staff. The care staff are responsible for nursing care work. There is an employed laundry/textile manager and cleaner. We have our own kitchen with chefs and serving staff where food is prepared from scratch. We value adding a golden touch to everyday life in our care.
