Your Assignment We are now expanding with an additional assistant department head, and we are looking for you who want to be involved and develop operations that focus on both staff and patients. You work 50% clinically in your profession and 50% in your management assignment. In this role, you work in close collaboration with the department head and assistant department head as well as with other department heads and assistant department heads, departmental staffing assistants, patient safety coordinators, quality coordinators, and physicians within the Medical Operations Area. As an assistant head of the department, you supervise both nursing assistants and registered nurses. Together with the other assistant department head, you drive development within the department in collaboration with the department head and the department's key personnel, colleagues, and in accordance with the operations' overall objectives. In addition to personnel responsibility, you are involved in patient flows, work environment issues, staffing matters, recruitment, reflection sessions, and department meetings.
