We are looking for many different competencies and our greatest need right now is for
• system developers (frontend, backend, and fullstack)
• infrastructure developers for application and platform infrastructure in IT production
As a system developer, you have great flexibility to choose between frontend, backend, or fullstack development, where you can influence your work situation and technology choices. We work in self-managed agile teams where you collaborate with product owners, testers, and UX designers and contribute your technical skills throughout the entire development process, from analysis to maintenance.
As an infrastructure developer, we develop and maintain our virtualized platforms and associated technical applications. We create a cohesive whole by connecting our platforms to test and production environments for the Swedish Companies Registration Office's applications. IT security is close to our hearts and we work proactively with continuous improvements, and it has become a central part of our mission.
We are in the middle of an exciting development journey where we are renewing large parts of our IT support and exploring new technical possibilities and innovations to contribute to the Swedish Companies Registration Office's forward development to meet our customers' future needs.

Self-managed agile teams

Working with the team's commitments regardless of task is the key for the team. In close dialogue with customers and the business, you will be involved in the entire development process.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is an unpretentious team player and enjoys working together with others. Close collaboration with the business and frequent deliveries mean that flexibility and curiosity about finding new solutions and approaches are also important qualities. You also think it is really fun to follow technological development. You have academic education or training from a vocational college in IT or equivalent work experience that we assess as equivalent.
You also have good communication skills and find it easy to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
