HERE'S WHAT YOUR WORK WILL INVOLVE As a dance teacher with us, you will teach students aged 6–22 years and adapt your instruction so that each group can grow based on their own conditions and ideas. You are part of the creative team behind the musical theater program, where you work closely with voice and drama teachers to weave dance together with other stage art forms. You also have a key role in the Culture School's all productions, from rehearsals in the dance studio to the finished performance on stage. The work is primarily conducted in afternoons and evenings in our newly built facilities at Bildningscentrum Stenhammar. In addition to lessons, you participate in the school's joint development work through monthly APT meetings as well as ongoing team and operational meetings. THIS ROLE REQUIRES THAT YOU: Have relevant higher education in dance, or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent. WE VALUE THIS HIGHLY: Previous experience working at a culture school or similar work with children and young people. Experience working on musical productions. Good digital skills.
