The group has 109 employees and had a turnover of 397 million kronor in 2025. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for someone with previous experience operating excavators. You thrive in an operations-focused role and take responsibility for both equipment and your work. The position requires genuine interest in the field and a positive attitude toward learning more. It is important that you can collaborate with others and have good social skills, while also feeling comfortable working independently. This is a temporary position for eight (8) months. The work involves operating machinery for excavation, loading, and unloading, where you are expected to take responsibility, meet deadlines, and perform quality work. The position includes reading digital and traditional drawings and descriptions for various construction and infrastructure projects, as well as performing basic calculations. You will work with laser and GPS equipment for measuring height and positioning and therefore need good knowledge of ground work. When needed, you should be able to assist with other earthwork activities. Your main responsibilities will be: - constructing new roads and maintaining existing roads - constructing new heating, water, and sewerage lines - excavating for broadband - snow removal - loading and unloading various types of goods and materials - maintaining the machinery - performing minor repairs on machine attachments. When necessary, you may be part of an on-call group with a maximum response time of one (1) hour. QUALIFICATIONS Machine operator training, for example a vehicle program at upper secondary school level or equivalent. Operator's certificate for excavators. Driver's licenses: B, BE, C, and CE Language: Swedish Work experience in construction or ground work and a vocational competence certificate (YKB). Employment type: Fixed-term contract.
