Your role as a contact person involves participating in welcome meetings where you together with the individual plan support services. You are responsible for care plans and documentation in the Treserva system. You participate regularly in our coordination meetings where home care nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists are present. Our service users, whether they live in residential care facilities or in their own homes, need help with daily activities. This may include personal care and hygiene, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, shopping, or outings—all based on the users' wishes. The need for temporary staff in our operations varies over time. As a temporary staff member with us, you work as needed on an hourly wage, and your contract covers agreed-upon work shifts and times. WORK DUTIES If you work at one of our fine residential care facilities, you help our service users at the facility with tasks they need support with on a daily basis. Much of the work is done one-on-one with the service user, but you have colleagues on-site and together you divide the tasks that need to be done during your shift. Within home care, you work with our service users in their own homes and support them with the tasks they have been approved to receive. During your shift, you walk, cycle, or drive between the users' homes. You usually make home visits on your own, but you are part of a work team. Documentation is part of the work, and your working hours vary and can be daytime, evening, and weekends. We are also seeking night staff for some of our units. To be considered for employment, you need to be able to get to and from work even in the evenings and on weekends without always being dependent on public transportation.
