Your work tasks include: Creating and maintaining good relationships with children and young people in the Skarpnäck district Working to ensure children and young people are offered inclusive, meaningful and safe leisure time with varied activities in our open facilities Being a clear representative of the organization and a trusted adult role model Contributing to safety, community and good relationships by promoting participation, equality and a norm-critical approach Providing good customer service and handling administration and marketing. Your qualifications and experience We are looking for someone who has: Ongoing or completed recreation leader training, education as a social pedagogue or other education that the employer deems equivalent Current experience working with children and young people in open facilities (recreation center, adventure playground or leisure library) Good knowledge of today's youth cultures and forms of communication Good knowledge of equality issues and norm criticism Good computer skills and strong knowledge of creating content on social media Good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written You are a trusted and engaged adult with an understanding of how background, culture and group membership affect both yourself and others. You have a good ability to work both independently and in a team. Meritorious qualifications include: Competence in LGBTQI issues Knowledge or training in MVP Interviews may be conducted on an ongoing basis. Start date by agreement.
