Job Responsibilities At the school, you will work as a student assistant and provide additional support to students at school and/or at the after-school program. You will help teachers support students in reaching their learning goals and provide them with the care they need throughout the school day, including after-school/short-term supervision (care for children over 12 years old). You will be booked for work shifts via SMS and must be able to arrive at the workplace within a maximum of 60 minutes from when the SMS booking is sent to you. Qualifications You have a secondary school diploma and are trained as a childcare worker/nursing assistant or have previous experience working in schools and/or short-term supervision (LSS), preferably a teacher student. We see that you have experience working with children and young people who need special support. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. Approved SFI level D. We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and has an interest in and respect for each student's needs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. To work as a substitute teacher, you must provide a certified extract from the criminal record for both school and LSS activities.
