We are seeking an experienced and committed nurse who wants to combine clinical work within ASIH with an important role as an intake nurse. About the role As an intake nurse, you are an important link between hospital operations and ASIH. You work closely with our partners in inpatient and outpatient care to identify patients who could benefit from advanced healthcare at home and ensure well-functioning care transitions. A central part of the role is to build and develop long-term relationships with hospital clinics, care units, and other collaboration partners. You represent ASIH in various contexts and contribute knowledge about our mission and capabilities. The position combines clinical work within ASIH, which means you also participate in patient-centered care. We see this as a strength because it creates a close connection between the collaboration role and clinical operations. The role offers great freedom with responsibility and many contact points. You work independently but have close support from your manager, colleagues, and other functions within the organization. We are looking for you who Are a licensed nurse with several years of clinical experience. Have experience with or good knowledge of ASIH and its mission. Are confident in your profession and have good judgment in complex situations. Have a natural ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships. Are diplomatic, unpretentious, and service-oriented. Have social awareness and strong communication skills. Are flexible, solution-oriented, and responsible.
