DUTIES We work based on the tripartite parental responsibility model formed by social services, foster families, and biological parents. Social services holds overall responsibility and has the important task of establishing good cooperation that benefits the child. As a child welfare case worker, you are the child's own social worker, and your assignment is to follow the care and ensure the child's needs are met in the best way possible. You'll work together with the child's foster care coordinator and in close collaboration with parents, foster families, and the child's other biological and professional networks.
