This is a profession for you who like to keep control of the situation and where no two days are the same. Qualifications What is required to become a train traffic controller? This role suits you if you have strong analytical skills and approach problems in a structured and solution-oriented way. Other Information Shift Work All train traffic controllers work alternating day, evening, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts according to a rotating schedule. Basic Training and Trainee Employment You will be employed as a trainee with trainee salary (approximately 25,000 - 28,000 kr per month) and will undergo approximately one year of paid training starting in week 5 in January 2027. The training consists of 7 weeks of theoretical courses on-site at the Traffic School in Ängelholm as well as practical training at your traffic control center.
