We provide abstinence treatment and psychosocial interventions for adults with addiction problems, often combined with mental health issues or other comorbidities. With 12 care beds and care periods of up to three weeks, we work together across multiple professional categories to provide each client with a safe, respectful, and meaningful care period that becomes an important part of their continuing recovery journey. Responsibilities As a treatment consultant, you have a central and important role in the client's care process. You become the hub in collaboration between client, social services, care staff, and other partners. The role is also part of the facility's coordinating management structure in matters concerning planning, collaboration, and development. You are often the first point of contact for the referring agency and are responsible for creating structure, coordination, and continuity throughout the care period.
