The role involves close cooperation with mine planning engineers, geologists, production technology specialists, project teams, and external consultants across multiple sites. What You Will Do Provide geotechnical and rock mechanics support to underground mining operations Contribute to mine design, mining methods, stope design, and extraction sequencing Perform and evaluate numerical modelling for mining applications Support feasibility studies, projects, and technical investigations Conduct geotechnical risk assessments and contribute to Ground Control Management Plans Evaluate ground behavior, seismicity, and ground support requirements Develop and improve technical standards, tools, and work processes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical geotechnical solutions Mentor and support less experienced colleagues when needed What You Bring You are an analytical and solution-oriented professional who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges.
