During on-call hours, 2 nurses work in the municipality and you plan and prioritize services based on patients' current needs. The work is independent, varied, and requires you to make safe decisions even in situations that change quickly. Examples of tasks include symptom relief at the end of life, assessments of sudden health deterioration, and other acute or planned healthcare interventions. You collaborate closely with patients, relatives, care staff, colleagues, and other actors both within the municipality and the region.
