We're looking for someone who Is a licensed nurse with an interest in geriatric care. Has genuine commitment to elderly patients. Is secure and independent in your professional role and accustomed to making your own decisions. Takes responsibility and has strong communication and collaboration skills. Speaks and writes Swedish fluently. Additional language skills are advantageous. Has further education in, for example, geriatrics, dementia, or palliative care (advantageous). Has experience in geriatric care (advantageous), but what matters most to us is your interest in this patient group and your willingness to develop with us. Wellness allowance of 5,000 kr per year plus one wellness hour. About us Sabbatsbergen Geriatric Clinic is an acute geriatric clinic centrally located in Vasastan, Stockholm. We provide assessment, treatment, nursing care, and rehabilitation for elderly patients with complex needs. Our patients come from emergency departments, ambulances, directly from home, or by referral from general practitioners. We meet patients with varying care needs and work to create safe, coordinated care based on each patient's individual needs. At the clinic, several professions work together, and we place great emphasis on person-centered care, teamwork, and expertise.
