We are now seeking three dedicated nurses for Kumla Municipality's care and residential facilities—two positions for dementia-focused residences and one position for a somatic care home. WORK TASKS You will be the responsible care nurse (OAS) for your unit. Here you work in a team together with experienced nurse colleagues, an occupational therapist, care staff, and the residence's unit managers. The team works together to develop future care and residential facilities with a focus on quality, safety, and good quality of life for residents. Your main responsibilities as OAS are to plan, implement, and evaluate healthcare interventions based on each individual's needs, make medical assessments, mentor care staff, and maintain contact with and provide support to family members. You will also be responsible for medication management, documentation, and participation in our various team meetings. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking you who are a licensed nurse and want to contribute to safe, high-quality care. You work independently, structurally, and flexibly, have good collaborative skills, and contribute to a positive work climate. You feel comfortable with digital tools and have an interest in development and evidence-based practice. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Experience in municipal care and services is a merit, as is specialist education in, for example, elderly care, dementia, palliative care, or the district nursing field. Experience with Procapita, NPÖ, Pascal, MCSS Appva, and Lifecare is also a merit. Interviews may be conducted on an ongoing basis during the application period.
