The City of Malmö is one of few municipalities that operates residential treatment homes (HVB) for adults with harmful substance use/addiction in-house. We have done this for many years and Avenbok's Rebo is an organization with a long history and high quality. The current manager has been with the organization for a long time but has now decided to take well-deserved retirement. We are seeking a successor who can continue to operate the organization with the same strong social commitment while together navigating and meeting the changes ahead of us based on the comorbidity reform. The organization has 22 beds for somewhat older individuals who have often lived long-term with harmful substance use/addiction. Treatment work is based on CRA and ÅP and is designed individually according to each person's needs. As a complement to the HVB operation, there is also Rebo-bo, a residence for those who have remaining support needs after completed treatment services. That operation has 11 apartments in one building and offers longer-term support and social community with the aim of strengthening sustained sobriety. As section chief, you lead both operations and therefore have a significant responsibility. The role includes leading and distributing work as well as developing the operations together with three coordinators. The section chief role also includes responsibility for work environment, budget, and personnel. Systematic work environment efforts are an important part of the section chief's responsibility and aim to create the best possible conditions for the organization's employees.
