Do you want to lead one of Sweden's most iconic infrastructure projects? At Alucrom, we're seeking a driven work supervisor to take responsibility for the prestigious task of surface treating the Älvsborgsbron. The project is complex, technically advanced, and carried out in an environment where safety, precision, and sustainability are critical. Here you'll encounter great heights, wind-exposed locations, and a constant flow of traffic – while environmental requirements are very high. As we extend the lifespan of Älvsborgsbron, we do so with two clear goals: minimize disruption to traffic and achieve zero discharge of environmentally hazardous waste to the Göta Älv. Phase two starts in May 2026, when the middle segment of the bridge will be surface treated. You will work closely with the Swedish Maritime Administration, the Swedish Transport Administration, and Stena Line, in a unique role at the center of one of the country's most prominent infrastructure projects. We offer permanent employment but are open to fixed-term assignments for the right candidate. Your Role as Work Supervisor In this role, you lead, plan, and coordinate work on-site. You ensure quality, safety, and efficiency – and make sure the team has the right conditions to deliver. You will, among other things: Allocate work tasks and follow up on quality and execution Lead and plan daily production Participate in long-term planning for the project's different phases Plan staffing and approve timesheets Ensure proper documentation and reporting Follow up on maintenance and repair of equipment Maintain ongoing dialogue with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders You will also have the opportunity to work on other major projects within Alucrom, where you collaborate with experienced project managers and a strong contracting team. Description The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Unit for Serious Norm-Breaking Behavior (BUP-ANB) is a new regional service starting in 2026. The service builds on the government commission Integrated Care (2021-2024) and offers specialist psychiatric care to community-placed children and young people up to 21 years old with serious norm-breaking behavior and concurrent psychiatric care needs when ordinary outpatient care is insufficient. The unit will be built up with four mobile interprofessional teams consisting of physicians, psychologists, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, and healthcare administrators. In total, the unit will have approximately 25 employees. The target group consists of children and young people with complex psychiatric and social comorbidity, often with experience of care breakdowns, repeated placements, and serious mental health issues. The catchment area covers the entire Västra Götaland region. Initially, the service will focus on adolescents placed in SiS homes in the region. Over time, children and young people in HVB homes and within the Prison Service are also planned to be included in the mandate. The unit is part of the operational area of Neurology and Child Psychiatry at Sahlgrenska University Hospital, within the section for Child Psychiatry 24-Hour Care and Specialty Outpatient Clinics. The service is mobile and meets patients where they are. Work is conducted in a team-based approach with close collaboration between professionals. The focus is on assessment, evaluation, and treatment of complex psychiatric conditions. You will: assume responsibility for psychiatric diagnosis and medical evaluations conduct initial assessments and lead and follow up on investigations and treatment contribute specialist knowledge to the team's clinical evaluations participate in coordinated care planning with SiS, social services, and other care providers provide supervision and consultative support to staff and partner organizations contribute to increased knowledge about psychiatric conditions in the child's or young person's everyday environment Qualifications We are looking for a licensed physician with specialist competence in child and adolescent psychiatry or adult psychiatry. You have experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, as well as experience working with children and young people with complex psychiatric issues. You are confident in your medical expertise, can make independent assessments, and have good collaboration skills. You work in a structured manner and want to contribute to the development of a new regional service.
