As an employee at Stadium in Sälen, you can work as either a retail sales associate or as rental staff for alpine ski equipment. As a retail sales associate, you create the conditions for our customers to find the products they're looking for. Daily service includes working the register, personal sales, and ensuring the store is visually attractive and inspiring, well-stocked with our products. In the role of rental staff, you ensure customers get the right equipment with the correct settings based on their needs. Daily service includes preparing, delivering, and handling alpine equipment as well as working with equipment maintenance in our workshop. We work as One Team. One Stadium, which in this case means that during your employment you can work at all three concepts, even though you have a "base position" at one concept. Who are you?
