We are now seeking a Press Secretary About the job We are looking for a strategic press secretary who wants to help develop our media and communications work. You will handle inquiries from the media, support spokespersons with coaching and advice, formulate messages, and develop talking points. You write press releases and other communications texts based on the agency's reports and disclosures, and are responsible for ongoing media and environmental monitoring. You continuously contribute to more proactive and cohesive media strategic work. Your main duties will include: handling incoming media inquiries with fast and professional service to journalists continuously (proactively and reactively) managing press issues and identifying communication opportunities responsibility for media monitoring and analyzing the agency's media presence supporting, coaching, and training managers and spokespersons in media and communications matters planning and implementing communication activities related to major reports and government assignments writing texts for various channels and developing messages and materials responsibility for and coordination of IVO's participation in external events and forums.
