Other valuable experience is earlier work with AC relays or digital protections. You have what it takes to plan and organize your own workday. About You You have a vocational healthcare administration/medical secretarial education or equivalent. It's also a merit to have mentor training and experience as an LBA and ITR resource. We see that you've worked with booking and rebooking of patients, waiting list management, working in Cosmic, and patient-related documentation. These experiences are important since the role requires independence, good structure, and secure handling of administrative care processes. Experience with DRG coding and disease classification as well as referral handling is a merit. Necessary skills to succeed in this position are good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing – this is important for documentation and patient safety. Good system proficiency is also important, especially in Cosmic. As a person, you're flexible and can adapt to changing circumstances.
