About the Position: Voppa Omsorg is seeking an hourly substitute caregiver for one of our residential facilities for women located in Gothenburg. Work hours are varied - day shifts, night shifts (sleeping on-call), and weekend work occur. Our residential facility houses women aged 21 and older, living either in shared spaces or individual apartments. The facility is drug-free and we support women experiencing various forms of social vulnerability, with the goal of enabling them to live as independently as possible. Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities include supporting the women residing at the facility according to individual care plans and providing support conversations. The position also includes administrative tasks such as documentation and contact with relevant authorities, police, etc. The role will also involve some housekeeping work to create a homey environment for our residents. The facility is staffed 24/7 and on evenings, nights, and weekends you may work partially alone, so you should be comfortable with responsibility. Qualifications: Relevant Education: To be considered for this position, you must have completed or be currently pursuing post-secondary education as a social worker, behavioral scientist, social pedagogue, or equivalent. We work with several approaches and methods such as TMO, LAB, CBT, and MI, where MI is a requirement for this position.
