Starting in October, my fantastic assistant team needs to grow, and I'm looking for two new assistants who want to work night shifts with me. About the Positions I'm looking for two people who want to work awake night shifts. It's important that you're comfortable with night work and can stay awake during your entire shift. It will be a small position at 30% where you work awake nights every other weekend Friday and Saturday 22:00-08:00. I'd like you to be flexible and willing to step in for extra hours when needed. This could include both night shifts and daytime shifts on weekdays or weekends. I always need someone with me. Who Am I? My name is Philip and I'm a happy 7-year-old boy. I live with my mom, dad, little brother, and little sister just outside Simrishamn. I need a personal assistant because I have cerebral palsy and epilepsy, which means I need supervision around the clock. Because of my brain injury, I can't use the left side of my body. I train every day to improve my stability and balance, and I need help with that. I can say things like "hello," "mom," and "dad." Otherwise, I communicate by nodding or shaking my head and with some sign language. I also need help with meals, getting dressed and undressed, showering, diaper changes, and of course, playing and having fun. In my free time, I love reading books, singing, swimming, and going in my walker. Music is also a big interest of mine. I'm a happy boy, but also stubborn and determined, and I usually know what I want. Who Am I Looking For? It doesn't matter to me if you're a woman or man or how old you are. What's most important is that we get along, that you have a positive attitude, and that you want to get to know me and become part of my daily life. Previous experience with personal assistance or care is a merit, but not required. What matters most is that you're committed and willing to learn. We work on various projects throughout Skåne and are now seeking skilled ventilation installers to join our team. We need additional installers right away and are therefore looking for someone who can start shortly.
