Your responsibilities Work in the operation is based on each individual's implementation plan. Our goal is to work toward ensuring that each individual becomes as independent and secure as possible to develop according to their abilities. You provide individualized support and maintain a professional approach. Together with the rest of the staff team, consisting of support assistants and support educators, you form a team around the individuals living here. We also have a healthcare team attached to the operations consisting of a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You are part of the close client-facing work, which means following our children and young people in their daily lives. Who are you? We are looking for someone with the right education, experience, and personal qualities to work closely with our children and young people within LSS.
