About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment that runs until summer 2027. You'll be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the client. There may be an opportunity to extend the assignment or be recruited permanently when the assignment ends. Responsibilities As Site Controller, you're responsible for financial management and monitoring at the site. You work closely with operations to ensure quality in results, reporting, and financial processes while providing analyses and decision-making materials to management and operations. The role involves close collaboration with multiple functions within the company in Sweden, the Nordic region, and Europe. Your main responsibilities are to: • Ensure quality and development of financial processes, results, and financial statements. • Monitor results, activities, and KPIs. • Coordinate budget and forecasting work for the site. • Implement central processes and projects within Business Control. • Translate the organization's objectives into activities within your area of responsibility. • Contribute to the development of the Finance & Admin function. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Academic education in economics, such as a degree in business administration or equivalent • At least three years of experience in controlling, business controlling, or similar finance role • Experience with budgets, forecasts, financial statements, and financial monitoring • Very good knowledge of Excel and other parts of the Office package • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Merits include experience from logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations To succeed in this role, you're analytical and have a strong ability to see connections between operations and finances. You're business-minded in your approach and motivated by translating financial insights into concrete improvements that strengthen operational results. The role involves many contact points, which means you need to be collaborative and enjoy building good relationships with colleagues across different functions and levels in the organization. At the same time, you're confident in your expertise and have the courage to present your perspectives, ask relevant questions, and constructively challenge when needed. You're also customer-oriented and service-minded, working to create value for both internal and external stakeholders. You take responsibility for your deliverables, work structurally within given timeframes, and aren't afraid to constructively challenge approaches when you see opportunities for improvement.
