What we expect We are seeking someone with several years of experience from grocery retail, the supplier level, or other related commercial activities. You have a good understanding of how assortment and sales are connected and have worked with assortment issues, pricing, and/or campaigns. To succeed in the role we also believe you have: academic education in economics, marketing, or equivalent, or relevant work experience that we consider equivalent experience with and enjoy leading or driving cross-functional teams, projects, or work groups experience in negotiations good analytical ability and experience using data as a basis for decisions good system knowledge the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience with category work, purchasing, or other commercial development is a merit.
