Ventilation Technician

We manage over 1,800 rental apartments and 2,000 commercial spaces in Greater Stockholm. We are seeking a ventilation technician to join our team. We perform renovations of apartments and commercial spaces according to the needs of our customers and property owners. We are looking for a skilled, thorough, and reliable ventilation technician to address defects identified in OVK inspections and handle new ventilation installations in spaces adapted for tenants. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and is self-driven. You should be social and have good communication with your coworkers and customers. We prefer that you have solid references for ventilation installations. We are looking for someone who: -Is self-driven and solution-oriented -Takes responsibility -Values quality and thoroughness -Enjoys working independently where you plan your own days, which include customer contact, site visits, installation, administration, and logistics planning. Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry Experience with OVK inspections and defect remediation Merits: -Driver's license -Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written -Experience with other construction work We offer a full-time salary with a 6-month probationary period and permanent employment thereafter.
