In your work, you will be based in a shared apartment that contains an office/on-call room and opportunities to gather for joint activities. Individual support is provided primarily in the resident's own apartment. Himlastigen is a group residence under the LSS Act focused on socio-psychiatric disabilities. The operation, which is a new construction, has six residential places. All residents live in their own fully-equipped apartments and have access to a shared kitchen and living room. Your Tasks As a support assistant, you provide individual, social, and practical support to enable and utilize each person's own abilities and thereby create conditions for independence.
