Your Responsibilities In this role, you're responsible for creating more business within Dealer2Dealer by working with both existing and potential new customers in the car dealership industry. Prospect, contact, and book meetings with car dealerships and resellers Conduct physical customer visits at facilities throughout Sweden Activate and reactivate existing framework agreements at local facility level Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in the car dealership industry Drive business conversations from initial contact to follow-up and closure Identify new business opportunities with both chains and independent operators Collaborate internally with the Dealer2Dealer team and other business-related functions Work in a structured and data-driven manner with customer management, follow-up, and prioritization You'll be an important link between TradingSolutions' offerings and customers' needs, with a focus on building trust, activity, and results. Good to Know The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. The role is based from home, but involves regular travel to car dealerships and facilities. Over time, approximately 60 to 75 percent of working time is expected to be spent with customers, combined with follow-up, administration, and digital meetings. You report to the Business Area Manager, who describes their leadership as freedom with responsibility, clear coaching, prioritization support, and close collaboration when needed. The role is part of a small team within Dealer2Dealer where there's great opportunity to influence working methods, customer management, and business development. Our Expectations We're looking for someone with several years of experience in proactive B2B sales, preferably from the car dealership industry or a related field where relationships, trust, and business credibility are crucial. You may have worked as a car salesperson, buyer, sales manager, customer representative, key account manager, or field sales representative and are used to making contact, booking meetings, and driving customer conversations forward. To succeed, you need to understand how to build relationships with decision-makers, handle both warm and cold customer contacts, and create business even where the customer already has several possible suppliers. You're self-driven, results-oriented, and persistent, while also being attentive, trustworthy, and unpretentious. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where things develop over time and where you take responsibility for structure, prioritization, and activity yourself. You need to have a B driver's license, speak and write Swedish fluently, and be able to use English at a business level.
