Sales Representative Lomex AI
Sell a product the industry actually needs Full-time · Remote (work anywhere in Sweden) Construction is one of the largest industries that hasn't been seriously digitalized yet. We're building the platform that changes that – specifically for Swedish construction companies – and we're looking for a sales professional who wants to be part of this from the beginning. In construction projects, roughly one-third of work time goes to searching for information, clarifying uncertainties, and correcting errors. Lomex AI is built to solve that – project managers get answers to regulatory questions with source references in seconds, make their own project documents searchable, and record construction meetings that become finished protocols and risk analyses. About the Role You're joining at an early stage and shaping how we approach the market. You book meetings and drive deals from first conversation to signed contract, targeting construction companies, project management firms, and technical consultants. Everything happens remotely, with close support directly from the founding team. What We Offer This is a pure commission role – with unlimited upside for those who deliver. You work remotely and sell a product that's easy to demonstrate and solves a real problem. And you get the chance to be part of the company early and shape both the role and the company. Who We're Looking For You have previous sales experience – whether B2B, retail, phone sales, or something else. What matters is that you know what it takes to sell and close deals. You're comfortable working independently toward clear goals, build trust with decision-makers, and don't fear a "no" – you see it as information, not a roadblock. You're organized, follow through on commitments, and communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. Application Send your CV and a few lines about why you're right for the role. We review applications continuously and respond personally to everyone who reaches out.

Customers always come first. This is an hourly position. Your working hours are approximately 8-15:30 with a 30-minute unpaid break. The facility address is Vintertullstorget in Skanstull, but there may also be work at our three other facilities on Södermalm or in the city if the collaboration works out well.
