We are now looking for a Customer Manager to join our team on Östermalm. About the Role As a Customer Manager, you have overall responsibility for a number of assistance assignments. You lead and develop assistance teams, build strong customer relationships, and ensure that the assistance maintains high quality according to LSS and applicable legislation. You play a central role in the operations and work closely with customers, family members, representatives, assistants, authorities, and other partners. Your Main Areas of Responsibility Personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility Support and development of assistance teams Quality assurance according to LSS and applicable legislation Implementation plans Close contact with customers, family members, and representatives Communication with Försäkringskassan, municipalities, and other authorities We Are Looking for Someone Who Has experience with leadership and personnel responsibility Has knowledge of personal assistance, LSS, and labor law Is confident, solution-oriented, and relationship-building Enhoy working independently and with varying tasks Experience from personal assistance and work in a similar role is meriting.
