You have overall oversight of daily operations and help create continuity, structure, and security for both patients and employees. You lead together with the nurses on duty, participate in rounds, and facilitate reports. You have a handle on the current situation, plan and distribute work, and ensure that the team's efforts are coordinated based on patients' needs. When situations become difficult, you're there close to your colleagues as support and contribute with your clinical expertise. You also have an important role in strengthening colleagues' competence and contributing to learning and development. As a nurse and team leader, you work together with care assistants and other nurses. During the workday, you conduct, together with a colleague, among other things, psychiatric assessments, follow-ups, and evaluations during home care visits, medication monitoring, and phone counseling. The work is varied and eventful, with both planned and acute interventions. You work closely with physicians in assessments and with other professionals at the clinic when needed.
