Job Description A cheerful 23-year-old hard rock guy is now looking for an assistant who is confident, stable, and preferably has experience with functional variations. The customer enjoys watching comedy programs such as Kvarteret Skatan, HIPP HIPP, and Mr Bean. He is also interested in outings such as watching and riding trains, visiting churches, and looking at flags. Sometimes he wants to eat pizza or have a fika at a nice place. The customer uses a wheelchair for longer distances as he cannot expend too much energy due to his eating disorder ARFID. The customer needs help and motivation when it comes to getting dressed, as well as help and support during meals. He requires continuous supervision and the assistant must be one step ahead. Who am I looking for? Important for the customer is that you have patience and are calm. Very important is if you are a hard rock enthusiast and like regular metal to thrash and some black metal. The customer has autism, moderate developmental variation, language disorder, and mild epilepsy as well as cerebral palsy, and we would like you to have some experience with this. Picture communication is available as support. A driver's license is a merit but not a requirement; it is important that you are smoke-free. Experience with tube feeding is a merit but can be trained on-site. You will get to work alongside/be trained by my existing assistants so you will learn about me and my routines and support needs from those who already know me well!
