Job responsibilities In this key role, you will work with introducing our core assortment, launching new products, and ensuring sales cycle volumes. The role as sales representative involves close collaboration with our customers and significant responsibility for ensuring our products reach the market with the right quality and volume. You will drive our categories Cheese, Dairy, and Juice in stores and ensure that our distribution and sales targets are met. In this role, you will work from home. An appropriate place of residence is within the district. As a sales representative, you are also responsible for: Planning and conducting customer visits and following up sales cycles according to company guidelines Implementing new products and ensuring correct assortment and space according to agreements and planograms Driving core assortment and supplementary assortment Selling in campaigns and driving visibility in stores to increase sales Handling orders and ensuring inventory status Optimizing sales through category management and continuous analysis of market needs Being an ambassador for Skånemejerier What does Jonas Franke, Regional Field Sales Manager, have to say about the position and the company? Your profile Have experience in sales, preferably from grocery retail or store operations Are goal-oriented, self-driven, and organized Have good communication skills and enjoy building relationships Have upper secondary education as a foundation and preferably relevant experience from the industry Other information At Skånemejerier, we work for a safe, healthy, and drug-free work environment. External final candidates for the position will therefore be asked to present a certificate from the criminal record register, undergo a drug test, and if applicable be offered a health examination through our occupational health service. As part of our preventive work, we continuously conduct random alcohol and drug tests.
