About the Role As a Group Leader, you are responsible for maintenance work at the factory. This means supporting the production organization. You have an operational leadership role focused on ensuring that our production lines function optimally through well-maintained machinery. The work involves a significant presence in production where you follow up on operational disturbances, prioritize efforts, and ensure that proactive measures are implemented. You participate in daily morning meetings where current issues, deviations, and improvement areas are discussed. Today, maintenance work consists largely of emergency interventions, but an important part of your assignment will be to increase the proportion of preventive maintenance and create more structured work processes. Your Responsibilities Lead and distribute daily maintenance and mechanics work. Ensure high availability of our production lines. Prioritize and follow up on fault reports and operational disturbances. Work proactively in the facility around the machines and support employees in their daily work. Drive and develop preventive maintenance work. Train and coach employees in simple troubleshooting and corrective actions. Work with digital improvements, such as managing fault reports and follow-up through system support. Participate in knowledge exchanges with operations in Denmark, Norway, and Poland to develop and implement best practices. What We're Looking For You have leadership experience, for example as a group leader, team leader, or with personnel responsibility. You have a technical background, preferably in mechanics, maintenance, or industrial production. You are structured and have good ability to prioritize between urgent and planned activities. You are present, communicative, and enjoy being out in the facility. You have a coaching approach and enjoy developing people. You are self-critical, solution-oriented, and driven by continuous improvement. You have the ability to build trust and bring the organization along in change work. As an ST-resident with us, you will receive comprehensive internal medicine training and become an important part of our well-renowned and forward-thinking operation. We have the full spectrum of internal medicine at the clinic, but to deepen knowledge in certain areas, approximately 2 years at a specialist clinic at NUS, Umeå, is included. You will also participate in the hospital's on-call services in the form of shared on-call duty. In addition to the specialty-specific program, you will participate as an ST-resident in EKA training. A program focused on leadership, economics, communication, administration, ethics, and time for personal reflection for ST-residents within Region Västerbotten. QUALIFICATIONS You have Swedish medical licensure with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare no later than at the time of employment. You have an interest in specializing in internal medicine. Particular interest in nephrology, endocrinology, oncology, and/or infectious diseases is of value but is not a requirement.
