About the Job We are seeking 4 production workers/machine operators for our night production shift. 2 machine operators, 1 cook, and 1 forklift driver About the Company Danica Foods AB in Lycksele currently employs 19 people who together manufacture approximately 9,000 tons of jam and marmalade per year. Products are delivered to major grocery chains as well as public and private sector customers. We are part of Good Food Group, an international corporation with production facilities in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Poland. Danica Foods has a collective agreement with the Food Workers' Union (LIVS). Your Profile As a person, you are punctual, responsible, and highly committed to your work. You are organized, have good teamwork skills, enjoy learning new things, and can work independently. You thrive in an environment where multiple tasks are happening simultaneously and have the ability to see what needs to be done. You are flexible and take responsibility for your work. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. We have no requirements for previous factory or food production experience, but you must have the following: • Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Good judgment and strong safety awareness Desirable but not required: • Previous experience as an operator or similar role • Experience in the food industry • Understanding of food hygiene and quality requirements • Practical and technical skills as well as machine experience • Forklift certification A2 and B1 (if you lack forklift certification, we can offer training for the required certifications) Job Responsibilities We have several production lines where we manufacture jam and marmalade in glass jars, plastic containers, refill packaging, and buckets. Your main responsibilities are to: • Monitor the production line • Refill packaging and consumable materials • Document and record production • Pack finished products on pallets as needed • Participate in cleaning machines, production lines, and facilities • Perform simple adjustments and calibrations of machinery • Contribute to improvement work on routines and processes We offer good opportunities for development and progressively taking on greater responsibility within the organization. Working Hours Part-time night shift, Monday–Thursday 01:30–07:15.
