About the Role As a Group Leader, you are responsible for maintenance work in the factory. This means supporting the production organization. You will have operational leadership with a focus on ensuring that our production lines function optimally through well-maintained machines. The work involves significant presence in production where you follow up on operational disruptions, prioritize actions, and ensure that proactive measures are implemented. You participate in daily morning meetings where current issues, deviations, and improvement areas are discussed. Today, maintenance work largely consists of emergency interventions, but an important part of the assignment will be to increase the proportion of preventive maintenance and create more structured work methods. Your Responsibilities Lead and allocate daily work in maintenance and mechanics. Ensure high availability of our production lines. Prioritize and follow up on trouble reports and operational disruptions. Work proactively in the facility around the machines and support employees in their daily work. Drive and develop preventive maintenance work. Train and coach employees in basic troubleshooting and remedial measures. Work on digital improvements, for example, managing trouble reports and follow-up through system support. Participate in experience exchanges with operations in Denmark, Norway, and Poland to develop and implement best practices. We Are Looking for You If You Have leadership experience, for example as a group leader, team leader, or with personnel responsibility. Have a technical background, preferably in mechanics, maintenance, or industrial production. Are organized and have a good ability to prioritize between urgent and planned activities. Are present, communicative, and enjoy working out in the operation. Have a coaching approach and enjoy developing people. Are self-critical, solution-oriented, and driven by continuous improvements. Have the ability to build trust and get the organization on board with change initiatives. Ideally have experience in welding, milling, or pneumatics.
