Your Workplace The Children and Youth Department consists of four Investigation and Follow-up Units, a Recruitment and Matching Unit, and reinforced open care and youth housing. The purpose of this organization is, among other things, to increase our holistic perspective and develop our collaboration from a user perspective. The four investigation and follow-up groups are divided into smaller teams with daily supervision in the form of senior social workers. The Social and Care Administration in Linköping applies BBIC (Child's Needs in Focus) and IBIC (Individual's Needs in Focus) in investigation work. About the Role As a component engineer specializing in electromechanical components, you ensure that components meet high standards for quality, function, and reliability in advanced flight systems.
