Your main task is to coordinate, develop, and lead information management work at the department. Together, we will continue to shape the role. Your Workplace The Social Department is a department that was established in January 2024. The Social Department has approximately 1,500 employees and about 60 managers. The department consists of various divisions. The case coordinator role is located in the Administration, Support and Service division, which is a division with four units and approximately 70 employees. The division is based on the needs of core operations and provides various forms of support and service within, for example, archiving, records management, administration, digitalization, and facility matters. The case coordinator will be assigned to the Administrative Support unit where there is one unit manager, one unit coordinator, and 21 employees. Working hours are scheduled for weekdays during office hours, and we apply flexible working arrangements to give you greater flexibility. There is also an opportunity for remote work when operations permit. We are centrally located in Linköping in newly renovated premises at Drottninggatan 45. About You We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of the regulations that govern public authorities' information management. You have higher education in, for example, administration, law, public administration, behavioral science, political science, or archival science. You also have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You think strategically and view the department's information management from a broad perspective.
