QUALIFICATIONS You are engaged, empathetic, and confident in yourself with a great ability to read what is required in different situations. You must have great flexibility in your work approach as your job duties vary from day to day. Creating and following routines and structures for and with the individual is essential in working with people with functional variations, which requires that you are able to set boundaries and be a source of security for the individuals. You are trained in a people-care profession, for example as a nursing assistant or caregiver, or have training that is considered equivalent. Experience working in operations for people with physical and mental disabilities is a merit. A B-category driver's license is required and manual transmission is a merit.
