The assignment includes, among other things: • Hold together and develop work with pedagogical methods and approaches in the organization. • Be a support for the work team and unit manager in coordinating follow-up of services, such as implementation plans, action plans, early signs, behavior registrations, or other things the organization has a need for. • Support unit manager in work with deviations, among other things by analyzing causes, proposing pedagogical measures, following up on implemented measures. • Participate in coordination meetings together with the unit manager and the unit for pedagogical development. • Hold together planning, structure, and pedagogical setup in the start-up phase. • Pay attention to needs for skills development or repetition within specific pedagogical areas.
