We are now recruiting several support assistants at Nytida Astagården. Astagården is located in a very scenic environment 3.5 km north of Kungsbacka, surrounded by a large beautiful garden. The residential facility is divided into two units: an LSS residence with six apartments and a SOL residence with 18 apartments. Astagården serves adults with mental health disabilities. It takes 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bus to reach the town center. • You will have a coordinator close by who dedicates part of their time to working in the operations. Together with other team members, you will work toward making each day meaningful and fulfilling. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Dietitian for Comprehensive Children and Youth Health Initiative
Do you want to use your dietitian expertise to strengthen the health of children and young people? We are seeking a licensed dietitian for a project within the transition to Good and Nearby Care. In this newly established role, you will have the opportunity to contribute your specialist expertise in nutrition and diet, and be part of developing preventive and health-promoting work for children and young people. The position is a one-year project employment with the possibility of extension. Your role as a dietitian with us As a dietitian, you will provide specialist support to schools' student health services in matters concerning nutrition, diet, and eating habits. You will work both in a consultative capacity and with a development focus, emphasizing early interventions and nutrition-related challenges in children and young people. You will collaborate closely with student health medical services, school leadership and teaching staff, as well as the region's dietitians and other relevant services. Since this role is new, you will also have the opportunity to help develop work methods and collaboration in this area. The Support Assistant Role In your role as a support assistant with us, you'll be part of an exciting journey in one of our daily activity programs where you work to support and motivate participants toward meaningful employment. We always work based on each individual's specific needs. At Hamntorget, participants work on tasks that prepare them for working life. Work tasks are adapted based on interests and wishes, and they receive guidance on what they would like to work with in the future and what is required to reach their goals, such as education and internships. The group primarily works with tasks such as sorting and packaging assignments from various companies they collaborate with.
