What you can expect from the position As a Department Manager you are responsible for one of the store's departments, such as Car/Motorcycle/Car Care, Building/Tools or Leisure/Boat/Home/Office/Technology. This means that you are the management team's extended arm out in the business. The responsibility means that you ensure that the department is always in top shape, sales-generating and customer-ready with well-stocked and inviting shelves. You create inspiring seasonal displays, come up with suggestions on which products are suitable for endcaps and cross-selling. Order and tidiness is one of our core values and in this role you ensure that signage and directions are clear and correct. You are also responsible for the department's inventory. An important part of your role is to motivate and engage your colleagues and share your knowledge of the department's products. Together with your colleagues you stock items and coach them to give Biltema's customers the best possible service. You are a team player who values close collaboration with other department managers where you willingly exchange ideas and experiences. We would like to see that you have a particular passion for your product areas and care about a safe environment for both customers and colleagues. In this recruitment we are looking for a substitute for the Home & Leisure departments. The position is a longer temporary full-time assignment from September 1st. The weekly working hours are 38.25 h/week. What we expect from you We are looking for someone who has worked in retail for a couple of years and who wants to take the next step within sales. You are a pronounced service-minded person who keeps the customer in focus. As a person you like to take responsibility, initiative and have a sense for sales. For you it is a matter of course to give that little extra to achieve results. You also have an eye for sales-generating displays and efficient product placement. Challenges motivate you and you thrive well with a high work pace where new perspectives are sought. It is important that you have an interest in Biltema's assortment and product areas. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability; as a manager you must be communicative in both Swedish and English and possess the ability to convey the goal and the way to get there to your colleagues. Kitchen Assistant Kalmar Folk High School

Ambulance Nurse

The ability to shift pace, create calm, gather information, and make well-founded medical decisions is essential for providing professional care to patients and their families. Prehospital care requires broad expertise to provide safe and effective care close to residents. Assignments may involve patients of all ages and varying conditions—from acute respiratory and circulatory issues to mental health problems, pain conditions, or childbirth-related situations. Assessment, examination, and treatment take place on-site or during transport. In your daily work, you will work closely with your colleague in the ambulance, but also in collaboration with other professionals. Ambulance nurses and ambulance care providers are part of interprofessional teams together with physicians, rescue services, police, and other vital community stakeholders. Positions are located in Nybro, which is part of the southern management area together with Emmaboda and Torsås. This means that work may also occur at these stations. The ambulance in Nybro is staffed 24/7, which means shifts during day/evening/night/weekends. About You We are looking for you as a licensed nurse with experience in patient-centered care and a clear interest in ambulance care. Experience in prehospital care or acute care is a merit.
