Work Supervisor

About the Role As a Work Supervisor at Peab Facilities, you will work closely with the site manager on varied facilities projects, primarily within small to medium-sized contracts. You have an important function in creating structure, momentum, and engagement in projects and are responsible for ensuring that production flows efficiently and safely. Your main responsibilities are to: Plan and coordinate staffing and resources Ensure that the right materials are in place at the right time Monitor production through documentation and reporting Lead and support skilled workers in daily operations Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders Contribute to projects being completed with high quality, sound economics, and according to the established schedule The role involves many contact points and is suitable for you if you enjoy combining leadership, planning, and problem-solving in a varied day. The position is a permanent full-time employment. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in production, people, and leadership. You have the ability to create engagement around you and are motivated by developing both the business and your employees. We believe you have: Relevant education within construction or facilities, or equivalent experience Experience in production management within facilities or extensive experience as a facilities worker and are ready to take the next step in your career Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Driver's license (category B) As a person, you are: Structured and planning-oriented Solution-focused and responsible A clear leader who leads by example Skilled at creating collaboration and team spirit Experienced in building good relationships with both customers and employees Interested in economics, quality, and efficient project management We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your willingness to develop together with us.
