In our work, we proceed from a target group focus in which we investigate and coordinate interventions based on evidence-based and knowledge-based methods and in collaboration with other societal actors. The activities consist of four units: a children's unit, a youth unit, a unit for interventions and special functions, and a unit for foster care and contact services. Your assignment On the unit for interventions and special assignments, two work groups are located. One is a work group for special assignments that includes intensive investigation, safety planning, and SIP coordination for social workers, and the other is the intervention team where this position is placed. The intervention team includes a HVB group and an intervention group. As a social worker in the intervention team, you follow up on approved interventions and conduct investigations where needs arise. This is to ensure that our children and young people in Haninge Municipality receive the right interventions, at the right time, with clear and measurable goals, and that the interventions are carefully followed up. This makes it possible to provide quick support if the child's or young person's situation changes. The intervention team also includes social workers who work with follow-ups on HVB placements.
